Overview
The 108 Emergency Response Service is a free, government-supported emergency medical service available 24×7. It provides immediate medical assistance during medical, trauma, and obstetric emergencies. Our mission is to reach the patient as quickly as possible and provide quality pre-hospital care through a network of Advanced Life Support (ALS) fleets and high-tech command centers.

Centralized coordination between Emergency Response Centers (ERC) and GPS-tracked ambulances ensures rapid dispatch and real-time monitoring of high-speed medical units.
On-Scene Stabilization
Trained EMTs perform rapid assessments and evidence-based stabilization, with 24/7 access to Emergency Response Centre Physicians (ERCP) for critical clinical guidance.
Continuous Clinical Care
Safe transportation to the nearest appropriate facility with uninterrupted patient monitoring and medical support throughout the transit journey.
Seamless Handover & Readiness
Professional debriefing at the hospital ensures continuity of care, followed by immediate disinfection and restocking to remain 100% mission-ready for the next emergency.
